Smell the Roses is a one-shot graphic novel following Kris as he returns to his hometown in the wake of a family tragedy. What should feel familiar instead feels subtly changed, as he reconnects with the people and places he left behind and begins to question the strange calm that has settled over the town.

As grief, memory and suspicion start to blur together, Kris is pulled deeper into an increasingly unsettling world where nothing feels quite as it should. The story blends psychological tension, dark humour and surreal horror, exploring loss, guilt and the lengths people will go to escape pain.
